We provide shipping across India, including:

• All metro cities
• All major towns
• Most rural and semi‑urban locations covered by our courier partners

❌ International shipping is not available.
❌ Nepal and Bhutan are specifically excluded and we do not ship to these destinations.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Processing time may vary for bulk, festive, or promotional orders.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote or Hard‑to‑access locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Festive seasons
• Operational issues beyond our control

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on product weight and location.
• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner name
  • Link to track your shipment

You can track your order online until delivery.

6. Incorrect Address or Non‑Delivery

Herbs N Blends is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailability at delivery
• Refusal to accept the package

If the package is returned to us due to these reasons:

• Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.

7. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product Delivered

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

• You must report it within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos/videos of:

  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will guide you through the replacement or refund process as per our policy.

8. Delivery Delays

Herbs N Blends is not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier partners
• Natural disasters
• Strikes or political unrest
• Operational disruptions

We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving courier issues.
