Herbs N Blends – Return Policy

Because our products are homemade, personal‑care, and hygiene‑sensitive items, we follow a strict return policy.

1. Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products with natural variations (color, texture, fragrance).
  • Change of mind after purchase.

2. Returns Accepted Only If:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product arrives damaged or leaked.
  • The item is expired or defective at the time of delivery.

3. Return Window:

All valid return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and order label.
  • Description of the issue.

Returns after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Refunds are approved only when:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • The product is defective or expired at delivery.

2. Refund Process

  • After reviewing your claim and evidence, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In cases where return pickup is required, the refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

  • No refund for delays caused by courier companies.
  • No refund for opened, used, or tampered products.
  • No refund for custom orders or personalized items.
